BASIL Ocimum basilicum

Basil and Lavender compress will help relieve headaches and migraines.

Directions:
Bath: 6-8 drops to a full bath; swish well.
Vaporiser: 6 drops in bowl of vaporiser.
Massage: 3-5 drops in 10ml base oil.

Blends well with:
Bergamot, Clary Sage, Geranium, Lavender, Marjoram, Neroli, Sandalwood.
