BERGAMOT Citrus bergamia

Regulating effect on the nervous system helps to relieve tension and anxiety when related to stress.

Invites you to feel relief from the burden of tasks on hand.

Helps treat oily skin or scalp conditions.

Directions:
Bath: 6-8 drops to a full bath; swish well.
Vaporiser: 6 drops in bowl of vaporiser.
Massage: 3-5 drops in 10ml base oil.

Blends well with:
Roman Chamomile, Cypress, Eucalyptus, Geranium, Lavender, Lemon, Patchouli, Ylang Ylang.
