The 100% natural herbal wheat pillow can be used as a natural and gentle heat pack to manage common aches and pains, as wheat is known to radiate and distribute heat evenly when placed on the body.

Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes and place on the area where required; the gentle and subtle heat released will help ease back pain and relax and soothe tired aching muscles.

If kept in the freezer (wrapped in a plastic bag) for 2-3 hours the wheat pillow could be used as a ‘cold pack’ to help give immediate relief after a fall. Not to be used as an ‘ice pack’.

The wheat pillow consists of an inner cotton bag, filled with whole organic wheat. The outer cover is made of pure Indian silk.

Warning:
Do NOT immerse Pillow in water. Do NOT over heat the wheat pillow. NOT to be used as a hot water bottle under blankets and quilts – as this could be a potential fire hazard. Re heating pillow when hot is also a fire hazard; reheat only after the wheat pillow gets cold. It is possible that the wheat may deteriorate with continued use – if a burning smell is noticed when heating in the microwave, discard the wheat pillow after it has cooled down. To enhance the life of the wheat pillow, spritz once with water and then place in the microwave. Store the pillow once it has cooled down: leave to cool down on a kitchen sink bench top.
