Helps relieve symptoms of cold, flu, sinusitis and hay fever

Directions
Bath: 6-8 drops to a full bath. Swish well
Vaporiser: 6-8 drops in bowl of vaporiser
Massage: 3-5 drops in 10ml base oil
Inhalation: 2-3 drops on a tissue and inhale deeply, or
2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale.

100% pure essential oils of Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Pine (Pinus sylvestris), Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia)
