CHAMOMILE ROMAN Anthemis nobilis (3% in Jojoba)

Soothing oil eases tension, calms the mind and helps give restful sleep.

Antispasmodic helps relieve PMT and period pains.

Gentle for babies and children.

Directions:
Bath: 6-8 drops to a full bath; swish well.
Massage: Can be applied directly to the skin.

Blends well with:
Bergamot, Geranium, Jasmine, Lavender, Lemon, Marjoram, Neroli, Rose, Ylang Ylang.
