This uplifting blend will help ease the birthing mother’s anxiety during contractions, assist breathing and help facilitate the birthing experience. Can be used as an all over body oil even after baby’s birth.

Directions
Massage the lower back with firm rhythmic massage during the hours of labour to help ease the pain and nurture the mother. Massage should be given at intervals when the mother feels the need and according to the stamina of the birth attendant. Remember ‘little is more’ in Aromatherapy.

Golden Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia chinensis), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens), Clary Sage (Salvia Sclarea)
