LAVENDER Lavendula officinalis

Mother oil - use in times of crisis, nervous tension, anxiety, PMS, burns and insect bites.

Helps induce restful sleep.

Promotes new skin cells and has balancing action on sebum.

A hair tonic; helps alopecia.

Purifies air and keeps insects and moths away.

Directions:
Bath: 6-8 drops to a full bath; swish well.
Vaporiser: 6 drops in bowl of vaporiser.
Massage: 3-5 drops in 10ml base oil.

Blends well with:
Bergamot, Chamomile, Clary Sage, Geranium, Jasmine, Lemon, Mandarin, Marjoram, Orange, Patchouli, Pine, Rosemary.
