LEMON Citrus Limonum

Opens the heart, alleviating fears of emotional involvement, encourages trust and security.

Produces clarity of thought, helps concentration.

Helps the body decongest and detoxify.

Cleanses oily skin and hair conditions.

Directions:
Bath: 6-8 drops to a full bath; swish well.
Vaporiser: 6 drops in bowl of vaporiser.
Massage: 3-5 drops in 10ml base oil.

Blends well with:
Basil, Eucalyptus, Fennel, Frankincense, Ginger, Juniper, Lavender, Rosemary, Ylang Ylang.
