Directions:
After your shower or bath, take a little oil in the palm of your hands and warm the oil by rubbing the palms together.
Self massage or let your partner or massage therapist do the massage.

Sweet Almond Oil (Prunus amygdalus dulcis), Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia chinensis, Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), Lemon (Citrus limonum), Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus), Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens), Lavender (Lavendula angustifolia), Juniper (Juniperus communis), Carrot Seed (Daucus carota), Natural Vitamin E Oil.
