Directions:
After your shower or bath, take a little oil in the palm of your hands and warm the oil by rubbing the palms together.
Self massage or let your partner or massage therapist do the massage.

Sweet Almond Oil (Prunus amygdalus dulcis), Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia chinensis), Lavender (Lavendula angustifolia), Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens), Orange (Citrus sinensis), Bergamot (Citrus bergamia), Carrot Seed (Daucus carota), Natural Vitamin E Oil.
