Description

Assists in the prevention of motion sickness and helps in providing a calming effect on the stomach while soothing frayed nerves.

If flying makes you anxious, breathe directly for the bottle (or put 2-3 drops on a tissue and inhale), relax and close your eyes whilst landing and take-off.

With long flights, jet lag becomes a problem when our body clock is not in sync with the new time zone, but our Travel Synergy will bring the two wheels of time together whilst avoiding fatigue. On arriving at your new destination, after showering put 1-2 drops on a wet wash cloth and apply gently to your body.

Other helpful hints:
Try to stay awake during the day and go to bed early and your body will adapt itself to the new time zone within a day or two.
Drink plenty of water during flights to keep your body hydrated and try to avoid alcohol.

Directions
Bath: 6-8 drops to a full bath. Swish well
Vaporiser: 6-8 drops in bowl of vaporiser
Massage: 3-5 drops in 10ml base oil
Inhalation: 2-3 drops on a tissue and inhale
